My end goal is to have few different sizes of the same skeleton as PNGs (one png for each size).

One way to do this is just to scale the root node. The problem is that it scales the images as well which is expected but unfortunately their quality get bad because of the raster scaling. On the other side I have the vector versions of the images so I'd like to generate the appropriate scaled versions from the vector source in order to have the best possible quality. Is there an easy way to do this?

I imagine a workflow where I can scale the skeleton (only the bones and not the attached images). Then will replace the Images folder with the scaled versions of the images. However I am unable to find is there an option at all to scale only the bones and not the images. Any other suggestions are welcome as well :)

Hello!

Here's a related topic you might find useful: Fitting new high-res assets with a smaller skeleton?

Also, don't forget you can start with the biggest version of your assets and scale them down on export from Spine, and for each new scale percentage you can specify which filters Spine should use to get the best results among nearest, bilinear, and bicubic.
