I installed exactly as the instructions stated.

I'm unable to "Launch" any project that has Spine plugin used.

"Module 'SpinePlugin' not found - its StaticallyLinkedModuleInitializers function is null."

I'm also unable to "package" the project, but the error message in that case is useless.

I swear... I tried this before and it didn't work.

Anyway: The fix was to move the Spine Plugin directory to: Unreal Engine\UE_4.26\Engine\Plugins

Ok, Still doesn't work. It "Builds" but when I open levels that have spine animated creatures, the level crashes.

There shouldn't be a need to move the plugin to the UE4 installation path. As per our documentation, it should go into your project's Plugins folder. See the example project here: https://github.com/EsotericSoftware/spine-runtimes/tree/3.8/spine-ue4

The error messages reference paths (Script/SpinePlugin) that don't exist in your project or UE4 installation. I'm afraid I don't know why your project would have a Script folder at all. Could you maybe

1. Try to compile our example project as described in its README.md file.
2. Describe your project configuration and folder hierarchy more.
