I have a lot of different characters in groups in Photoshop that I now need to port over into Spine. Currently I am using the "Layers to PNG" script which is fantastic, but arranging the images on the respective slots is taking forever to do manually.
I watched Nate's video tutorial on how to use the script. He shows that you can use the script to generate JSON which will arrange all the images correctly. In the video, he deletes the default skeleton.
However, what I am wondering is - what do I do when I already have a full skeleton with slots etc.? As in, what is the next step from there?
I'm thinking there must be a faster/easier way that I'm not seeing.
Right now I wish I could at least have the "images" part of the resource tree separated, because having to drag the image from the bottom all the way up to the correct slot it's incredibly easy to lose focus.
Never mind - the answer to my workflow woes was in this video:

Actually I had already seen it, it was just so long ago I'd forgotten about it. Sorry for the trouble, and thanks for awesome software and tutorials!
