To help others, like the batch
declaration was Batch batch
, so when skeletonRenderer.draw(batch)
was called it was mapped to the draw(Batch)
method, not draw(PolygonSpriteBatch)
. The fix would be to change the field to PolygonSpriteBatch batch
or use skeletonRenderer.draw((PolygonSpriteBatch)batch)
to explicitly specify the method you want.
