Is there a way to effect Alpha without keying Color?
Color is currently being modified in-engine for specific effects. When I edit the alpha it re-sets color for those effects.

Is there a way to key those separately?

In Spine 4 you will be able to separate the timelines for Color and Alpha. I'm afraid this is not possible in Spine 3.

Note that Spine 4 is currently in beta and we're working hard to get rid of the beta tag. I can't give you a date for when this will happen though.

Thank you, I think I've found a work around in code. Looking forwards to v 4.
