Show a dialog about needing to restart after resetting hotkeys to defaults.
Why not make it able to reload without restarting? like adding a reload button or even detect the file change and reload automatically. Even more simple, just reload the hotkey.txt when setting window close after checking a boolean remembering that the user did open hotkey.txt from setting UI.
