Can I add animated text that has styles and translate it ?

Can I add animated text in spine that has some effects like stroke, gradient, color, shadow etc... ?
can it be animated, and can it be changed if for example I want to change text to different languages, but keeping same animation and style effect on the text ?

Spine works with images only, not text. You could have an image per language. Or, you could animate a bone and at runtime use the bone transform to draw text using your game toolkit.
