  • PhotoshopToSpine Script won't run with [Skin] tag

Hi, I've made a couple crude practice models to figure out why I can't add a skin and I've been told through the Discord to add a [Skin] tag as a group name for all layers before running the script but when I add that the script no longer runs, giving me an error.

I can email the psd files if anyone would like but they're incredibly simple. Just blobs, four layers each, and one is simply bigger and differently colored than the other so I can tell if the skin is working right in Spine but I've yet to successfully import a second json to a spine file and have it lay out the pieces like normal.

Do you have the latest script (6.4)? We've made some changes recently.

If you still have problems with the latest script, it would help to see a PSD that has the problem. The script should not crash like that, so we'd like to fix it.

I've sent an email to the same one I was given a few months ago with another issue. Thank you for the help! I apologize for taking so long to respond, I hadn't gotten a chance until now.

Thanks for the file. The problem was you had a [Skin] tag, but the tag names are case sensitive, so it should be [skin]. The script is supposed to tell you when it finds invalid tags, but it had a bug. We've fixed that now!

Ah, thank you! I keep forgetting that Spine is case sensitive like that so the warning is very helpful!
