Is there a way to enable the "blue box dragging" method from Spine 3.8?

Some people might not like this, so can we have an option to enable\ disable this in settings?

I found a way to hack it .. but it's not the ideal way. Basically you need to make a screenshot (Shift + windows key + s) and select AWAY from Spine then come back.. The blue box will be enabled and you can drag around the frames like in Spine 3.8

You can use Box selection in Spine Editor 4! In 4.0 and later, hold a box selection briefly to keep the box selection. Then, you can drag multiple keys as the same as 3.8.
