Unfortunately, it is not possible to browse files to change the images. Spine always manages files relative to each other by path, this enables immediate reflection of the updates if there are any changes to the images in the folder specified under the Images node.
Although naming must be somewhat regularized beforehand, in many cases, changing image paths is not much of a hassle, since Find and Replace allows batch paths to be changed. If you want to change the path, select Path in Field on the Find and Replace window. Regular expression can be used to add text forward or backward on all paths at once.
