Hi everyone,
Is there a way to mirror half side of the skeleton to the second half so I don’t have to recreate the same
Mesh skinning for both sides of the body?

That is currently not possible, but it is in our roadmap:
https://github.com/EsotericSoftware/spine-editor/issues/150

If you want to apply the exact same rigging to other part of the body, it is useful to duplicate the parent bone after rigging one side:
