Could you please make sure the IK bone is at the tip of the constrained bone in the setup pose? A small gap between the IK bone and the bone to be constrained can cause rattling. Also, make sure the constraints order is correct. If the order is incorrect, the IK constraints you set may not be applied properly. The Reset button in the tree properties for the Constraints tree node will automatically calculate a reasonable order for all the constraints, so please try it.
