Re-representation of the bone
Hi
Re-representation of the bone and all with it. It would be nice to have such a thing that completely repeated everything that the bone does. I need to make a cartoon explosion consisting of several explosions. I have set one up on a specific bone. Now I need to repeat the same thing 8 more times. If there was such an opportunity, just create 8 points and make them a mirror of my bone. Maybe there is something like this already and I do not know?
You can duplicate the bone with the orange button in the tree properties. Currently you can't duplicate constraints though, so you'll have to recreate those, if needed.
Yes, I'll have to use it. But I had something else in mind - to have a receiver that would repeat the results of rendering this bone in another place. In this case, if you need to change something, you can edit only in one place, and not all duplicates. This, of course, is just an assumption or a dream.
You can actually do something similar!
the way I do it is like this:
- First create the setup and animate it to the end, animate this in every animation you need
- Next, duplicate the parent bone. Spine will ask if you also want to duplicate the keys, say yes.
- Then just reposition the copies, offset them if needed. Done!
- If a change is needed that has to be propagated everywhere afterwards, either copy-paste the keys, or get rid of the copies and duplicate the modified one again depending on which one is less work to do.
