amazing work guys! the animations are fluid with the environment. Gameplay looks tons of fun.
Rise & Shine.
Been a while! Just animated one of the bosses on Rise & Shine.
Sick. Who needs a z-buffer?
How long did this take to animate? Also is there a tutorial on how did animation can be done?
Oh, this specific animation took me around 4-5 hours. It took me two days to draw the ship though

Awesome work ... I am thoroughly impressed!
Another version of this enemy, this time rotating differently:
That is so amazing. Im so happy that Spine exists.
Good job, guys!
Oh, hey! Thanks for posting this!
Adult Swim.... but, but that's our publisher....
Do you feel betrayed?
Pharan wroteDo you feel betrayed?
no ... not at all ... :S :x
its a small world I guess
Haha...What game are you guys working on?

We are a mobile studio, our spine game hasn't really been announced, but it is coming out (hopefully) soon. We made Tofu hunter.

See that grass? spine baby, lovely spine used in one place in the game, the title screen. Although due to a bug, it no longer shows (atleast on latest android build). I joined this company to implement spine into our engine a year ago, we would have like spine to play a bigger role in tofu hunter but the project was coming to a close when I joined.
I plan on making a epic topic in this forum sometime soon, to show how much you can push the technical limitations of spine
Looking forward to that, then!
New baddie ship! Done in 3 days from concept to this animation you see here:
You guys were part of the reason that convinced me to buy Spine - something like "ok, you indeed can make cool stuff with it!" -, I really can't wait to see your graphics and play the actual game!
Thanks a lot, Erikari. Looking forward to see what you do with Spine too!
Aand here's Amy and her idle animation:
Moar!
Oh my god that robo/cyborg creature! Im absolutely in love with its nervous/frustrated head movement!
You guys are off the chain!!!! This is beyond superb work!
Hi! Big fan of Kike's work here! I'm trying to export some gifs from Spine and the higher the framerate, the slower the output animation. Is it some Spine bug? How do you guys achieve such fluid gifs without sacrificing the natural animation pace?
Thanks for the kind comments!
@pixelmeat: I actually export all my GIFs at top quality, 30-40 fps. Then I take them to Photoshop and reduce the size for forum or Twitter posting.
By the way, new vertical ray effect finished in Spine. This is mostly frame by frame animtion, but I did some scaling, movement and opacity changes with Spine.
Hope you like it!
Fantastic animations! Keep them coming!

Retouched this big guy a bit and gave him arms.
Nice!
Just posting here after a while a gif of how the game looks at the moment:
When can we throw money at you? Looks amazing!
Amazing use of Spine!!! I really inspires us to push forward everything in our game. GOOD!!!
these animations are nice, i need a bit work on meshes though. tip on how to add meshes and where it should be placed??
Thanks a lot, guys!
@gio51791 Well...It's about trying what works best for your character, I think. Just treat your character parts as 3D and kind of "draw" that 3D shape with your mesh dots. It always needs lots of adjustmets until you get it right, so keep at it.
Here's our launch trailer!
Daaayum, you guys have outdone yourselves! 8)
Nice work! Is everything done with the AnimationState from Spine, or with Mecanim?
dothem wroteNice work! Is everything done with the AnimationState from Spine, or with Mecanim?
It's all Spine. We didn't use Mechanim on this project
Great job guys !
Incredible work, the animations have a lot of life. Do you mind sharing what engine you used to create the game? Or was it custom?

It was Unity.
