Changing the x scale to -1 distorts the character images.
Does your skeleton have bones that disable Scale
and Reflection
inheritances? Normally when scale changes from positive to negative, the bone flips to point in the opposite direction. When Reflection
is unchecked, the negative scale will not cause the bone to flip. It is possible to flip all of the bones with the Reflection
inheritance disabled by scaling them individually, but if you would like to achieve flipping easily, it is better to enable Reflection
