Can not See Skins in Skin Folder

HI, I am new, but have been using it for a while now, I have not had this issue happen before till today.

What the issue is, if I select a skin in the display screen, it just goes to "ROOT bone" in the Tree, as before if I selected a skin it would go to the skin in the tree with the attached bones below, I do not get this anymore?

Where are you selecting a skin? "display screen" doesn't make sense. Do you mean the Skins view? Selecting a skin there doesn't change your tree selection, it only makes that skin active. If you want to see a skin's properties in the tree, you can right click the skin in the skins view (or find the skin in the tree and select it there).
