Often, due to excessive resources, they are exported after being reduced in the Spine and enlarged in the game. Although it reduces consumption, it also becomes blurry. How can we solve the blurry problem? Is there any other solution for spine export?

Are you exporting image sequences or skeletal animation data (JSON/binary)?
If you export images or a texture atlas at a small size, then render it at a larger size, you will have a loss in quality and likely it will look blurry. There is no workaround except to export images at a larger size.
