Your Spine launcher and 3.8.75 are very old. Download a new Spine launcher from your license page and do the texture unpacking using 4.1.24.

Yes! But for the better. 3.8.75 is from 2019, so it's almost 5 years of development and fixes. We've been working on Spine development for 12 years, so you'd be missing out on almost half of our efforts at making it awesome if you stick to 3.8.

4.1 is the latest stable version, but if you move to 4.2, which is currently in beta, you get physics!

A huge benefit to Spine is that your one-time purchase gets you ALL future updates without paying again. It hurts to see people missing out on the cool stuff we make by sticking with an old version.

I suggest setting up export scripts so you can more easily re-export your projects for a newer version:
EsotericSoftware/spine-scriptstree/master/export

Remember you must keep you runtimes and editor versions in synch:
