GVis If you want to create a new bone with translation X/Y are 0, create a bone from the New...
button at the bottom of the tree view while the world axis is selected. When you create a bone in this way, the rotation will always inherit the rotation value of the parent bone, so if the parent bone's rotation is not 0, the new bone's rotation will not be 0 either. If you want the child bone to have a different rotation value than the parent bone, activate the Create
tool, click and drag in the viewport to create a bone:
If you want to place an image with rotation 0 and translation X/Y 0, you can do so by dragging and dropping the image onto the bone with those values in the tree view:
