It is a good idea to check the spine.log file for audio-related errors, as suggested by Spinebot, but if there is indeed a bug in 3.8.99, unfortunately that version is no longer being updated, so we cannot fix the problem. If using a newer version of the editor solves the problem, please consider upgrading your editor version.
