Seems that the first skeleton import into a project works fine but if I try to import another skeleton, it fails. It appears to import successfully but as soon as I try to go into animate mode (or import an animation onto it) the skeleton collapses into a bunch of bones aligned to zero degrees, at the origin. The bone lengths do not appear to be modified but the rotations and offsets are.

Anyone else experience this?

Other than this strange behavior, I have my own app that successfully mirrors/reflects skeletons and animations...

Edit: Also cannot seem to import more than one animation. Second time I try to import an animation I get an error that the JSON file format changed in 1.0.9 and to reexport my animation. This is an animation that I just imported successfully a few seconds ago.

If I save the project and go back in, I can import another skeleton (only once) and it will work, but still get the error about importing an old JSON version when trying to import an animation.

I reproduced the skeleton import issue and fixed it in 1.2.7, available now. It seemed it only happened if you import a skeleton in animate mode, then when switching to setup mode it collapsed to 0,0. Anyway, fixed now.

I can't reproduce the animation import problem. Can you give exact steps to reproduce, starting from running Spine? Eg, run Spine, open spineboy.project, export to json with XXX settings, import walk animtion, import walk animation again, get error dialog. I tried that and many variations, but they worked fine.

Awesome! Thanks!

1.2.7 seems to fix both? (At least I cant replicate either issue at the moment with 1.2.7 on my home computer.)

Assuming the editor doesn't autoupdate, I'll try again next week at my other workstation and confirm.

I have a similir problem when importing an animation. Basically it tells me that the attached files aren't there, when they actually are in the correct slot. I tracked the problem by changing the slot name and exporting, it told that the slot name was incorrect, then I changed it back to the correct name and exported again. The same error appeared that the attached files weren't there, when they actually are. I tripled checked the names by opening the spine animation that I wanted to import.
