I bought Professional and the program is Essential.

I bought Professional, and when I run the program, it's EssentialSign out and sign in again

I see both an Essential and a Professional license under your email address. Please click Spine in the upper left, Settings, Log Out, then start Spine again and enter your Professional activation code (not your Essential activation code). I will email you both your activation codes now.
