Hi all, I got this issue and then I solved this by exporting but setting the

  1. Export settings
  2. JSON format
  3. On the option Texture Atlas [x] Pack [ Image folder ]
  4. Then I've set the Pack settings (width and height POT 2048x as most game engine and devs ask)

seems to work now 😃

Then I got now each skin (folder) in their respective atlas.

just wondering now, if the texture packer option input and output is necessary to follow.
or if this solve the skin and atlas problem once for all.
